Questions
Do I need a Meta Business account or template approval?
No. OTPRun works with a regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number that you link as a device, like WhatsApp Web. You can write any text without templates.
How much does a message cost?
Nothing per message. You pay a flat monthly price per linked number, and the free plan already includes one number.
Can I receive replies?
Yes. Incoming messages are available through the inbox and conversations endpoints, and the message.inbound webhook delivers them in real time.
Will my number be banned?
WhatsApp limits accounts that send unwanted messages. Write to people who expect you, and turn on sending limits for a new number: OTPRun then warms it up and spaces messages automatically.
