Messages pass through OTP Run servers, and you see the history in the dashboard. An AI assistant gets only the chats you allowed. Sign-in codes are never stored in readable form. You can unlink the number on your phone in a few seconds.

How do I send WhatsApp messages automatically from my own number?
Link the number to OTP Run with a QR code, the way you link WhatsApp Web. Messages then go out from the dashboard, at your AI assistant's request, or from your app and tools like n8n and Make. Customer replies land in Conversations.
Can AI answer my clients for me?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own AI assistant: it reads new messages and replies on your behalf, for work or for personal matters. Ready-made assistants connect in a couple of taps, your own bot or assistant connects through the API and webhooks. You decide which chats it sees.
What is an OTP code and why do I need one?
OTP means one-time password. It works like a hotel key card that opens the door once and only for a few minutes: the person types the code from WhatsApp, and your site knows the phone number really belongs to them. OTP Run sends these codes and checks them for you: expiry, attempts and resending.
Can I send verification codes on WhatsApp instead of SMS?
Yes. The code arrives on WhatsApp from your number, and OTP Run checks it for you: expiry, number of attempts, resends. If WhatsApp doesn't get through, the code can go to Telegram.
Can I use only Telegram, without WhatsApp?
Yes, for sign-in codes. You don't have to link a WhatsApp number at all: codes go through our Telegram bot or your own bot, and the person opens it once with one tap. Codes in Telegram cost nothing extra on any plan.
How is OTP Run different from the official WhatsApp Business API?
The official API requires business verification at Meta, template approval and payment for every message. OTP Run links your regular number in a minute and charges a flat monthly price with unlimited messages.
Do I need a programmer?
Not to write to people through an AI assistant or from the dashboard: linking a number is enough. A developer is only needed to add phone sign-in to your own app.
Can the AI write without asking me?
It writes only at your request. If you did not name the recipients yourself, the assistant shows the list and the text and waits for your answer. You allow access to chats yourself and can take it back in the dashboard.
What if a customer doesn't use WhatsApp?
Send the code to Telegram. The person opens our bot once and shares their number, and after that codes reach them there. It works on every plan, and the switch to Telegram happens on its own when WhatsApp doesn't deliver.
How do I turn it off?
On your phone open WhatsApp, then Linked devices, pick the device and tap Log out. The number is disconnected at once. You can also delete the number in the dashboard.
How much does it cost?
You can start free with one number and 300 sign-in codes a month. Paid plans start at $5 a month with unlimited messages and codes and up to 10 numbers, with no fee for each message.
Is this an official WhatsApp service?
No. We link to your account the same way WhatsApp Web does and send messages on your behalf, from your number.
